ANXI TIE GUAN YIN

ELEGANT, WILD FLOWERS AND A HINT OF CHESTNUT BLOSSOM HONEY.

This Oolong comes from the south of Fujian province. It is only lightly fermented (unlike the traditionally heavily fermented Tie Guan Yins from Taiwan). One reason for its great popularity. The taste is clear and rich, the aroma floral and nuanced, reminiscent of pine trees.
