Refreshing with a bright green cup, this fine Bancha from Uji is a delight after a meal. The tea leaf is strong green, a bit more robust than Sencha, which explains the slightly mineral notes in its taste.

This mineral-rich tea is alkaline and detoxifying, and its high iron content (approx. 35 mg / 100 g tea leaves) makes it a healthy companion. Cools liver fire.
