FOAM BEATER ...

The Chasen "tea whisk" is used to whisk matcha. Made from a single piece, it is elaborately handcrafted. We are often asked if matcha can be whisked with an electric milk frother. It can! But it's really easy with the chasen. After some practice, we hear the sound of a wingbeat, concentration moves below the navel. Even the preparation itself has a clarifying and centering effect. The fine bubbles form a homogeneous, creamy, firm foam layer.

Use

• Whisk green tea powder (matcha)
• The packaging is only suitable for transport and not for storing the chasen.

Care Instructions

• Clean the tea whisk under running water. Press the tea whisk onto the stand with some pressure (if available) & remove it from the stand & air dry.
