MATCHA HERO

DAILY AND GREENER!

In our tea house, we use Matcha HĪRŌ for hot Matcha lattes, for cold drinks like CocoCha, Iced Matcha Latte, Matcha Orange, and for cakes, tarts, and chocolates. The color of HīRŌ is a vibrant green, and the taste is vegetal, slightly sweet, and subtly tart.

It's also a great addition to fresh vegetable drinks! The shaded tea leaf produces a lot of chlorophyll, which is very similar in structure to our red blood cells. The minerals and vitamins are therefore easily recognized and assimilated by our body.

Preparation

Preparation for your latte

• Add 2 heaped bamboo spoons of matcha to a preheated bowl, whisk with some 70/80 °C hot water, then add frothed or warm plant-based milk.

Preparation for your Green Smoothie

• In the blender, combine fresh green vegetables like baby spinach, parsley, watercress, avocado, wheatgrass + some pineapple, lemon, lemon zest + 2 bamboo spoons of matcha.
• Ready to drink!
