Preparation for Cold Drink
- In the blender, add 3 ice cubes, soy milk, a little vanilla + 2 bamboo spoons of Hōuji Powder. Blend it and enjoy!
- Hōuji affogato - Put 2 bamboo spoons of Houji Powder in a bowl, pour 80 °C hot water over it, then whisk with a bamboo whisk, e.g., Chasen 80. Drown a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the bowl. Sounds quite dangerous - but it's just fun and tastes great!
