Extremely fine leaf, deep dark green due to shading before harvest. A sweet, heavy aroma of butter cookies and chocolate. Due to its high L-theanine content, the pale green infusion has a particularly rich mouthfeel with pleasant umami; in later infusions, vegetal notes dominate.
