For this aromatic jasmine tea, the most delicate green tea leaves and leaf tips covered with silver down are hand-rolled into small pearls and naturally scented with fresh jasmine blossoms. This process is repeated several times, using 20 pounds of fresh jasmine blossoms for 1 pound of tea.
