THE IRON GODDESS OF MERCY.

Tae Guan Yin (the Iron Goddess of Mercy) is the most famous Oolong. It is hand-picked in Mu Cha, Taiwan from the soft-stemmed Wu-Yi tea plant. The production follows traditional techniques of fermentation and bamboo charcoal roasting. The infusion is amber-colored and smells of dried plum. Its taste is fruity, with notes of chestnut.
