WHITE PEONY

FRESH HAY, NECTAR.

White Peony (Bai Mu Dan) is often drunk in Hong Kong and by Southern Chinese, mainly for its digestive regulating effect. The two leaf tips and their bud are gently processed using an air-drying method. The amber-colored cup has a gentle, sweet, slightly woody taste.
