The Art of Sencha - Japanese Green Tea School

Are you fascinated by the variety of Japanese teas and tea types but don't know what to choose?

Are you wondering about the steeping times and temperature guidelines for the first, second, and possibly third infusion of a Japanese green tea? And what is the fifth taste?

Which Japanese tea do you drink when?

Our Japanese tea teacher Aya will try to answer all your questions on this topic.

She will introduce the variety of Japanese teas using individual types, point out differences, and find the optimal flavor profile.

You will also learn how to brew the tea correctly, in which teapot, to enjoy authentic Japanese tea at home. A brief overview of the most famous tea-growing regions and their characteristics in terms of taste and preparation.
