In September 2019, we opened Tushita Gallery just around the corner from our tea house, at Westermühlstraße 23.
Many forms of art have evolved around tea throughout history, and with this gallery we would like to provide them with a place to be seen and appreciated—a space where people can encounter tea and its philosophy.

THE GALLERY
Tushita Gallery is a space for both emerging and established art that is matching the values of tea: harmony, respect, purity, and stillness.
Seasonal exhibitions explore nature, ritual, sound, movement, and cultural practices. Rather than presenting art as a consumable good, Tushita gallery invites all visitors to engage in their own rhythm.
Adjacent to the tea house and its philosophy, the Gallery allows for an even closer bond between the tea and art worlds.
